FBKM / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective date:
This Privacy Policy explains how Facebkmeta, operating as FBKM (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit facebkmeta.com, request a call or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email support@facebkmeta.com.
1. Who this policy covers
Facebkmeta is based in California, United States, and operates this website under the FBKM name. We provide Facebook and Instagram advertising services for e-commerce businesses. We are responsible for deciding how information collected through this website and our business enquiries is used.
This policy covers visitors and people who contact us. It does not replace a separate client agreement or data-processing agreement governing information we handle on a client’s behalf, such as advertising-account or customer-catalog data.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, store URL, monthly advertising-spend range, optional store platform and message, plus information you provide in later correspondence.
- Technical information: our hosting and security providers process information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times and security events to deliver and protect the website. We use the requesting IP address to limit repeated form submissions.
- Delivery and diagnostic information: request identifiers, delivery status, processing time, error codes and email-provider identifiers help us check whether an enquiry was sent and investigate problems.
Please do not submit passwords, advertising-account credentials, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the form. We do not take payments or create customer accounts on this website.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess whether our services fit your business, arrange calls, prepare proposals and maintain related correspondence. We also use necessary technical information to operate the site, prevent spam and abuse, troubleshoot delivery, comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or an automated marketing sequence. We do not use the form to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you solely through automated processing.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and running a secure website, and compliance with legal obligations. Where processing requires consent, we will ask for it; you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to host and protect the website and to deliver and manage enquiries:
- Cloudflare provides website hosting, network security and email forwarding.
- Resend delivers form submissions as email notifications to our support address.
- Our business email provider receives and stores the forwarded messages and our correspondence.
Your form details are included in the email notification so we can respond. These providers process information needed to provide their services. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy for information about their practices.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections. We do not sell or rent personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising pixels, remarketing tags or browser-based analytics. The site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies or use local storage to track you. Hosting and security services may process technical data or use necessary security technologies to provide and protect the site.
We do not track your activity across other websites for advertising. We do not change this practice in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such sale or sharing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide any choices or consent controls required by applicable law before using them.
6. Retention, security and international processing
Enquiries are stored in our business email systems and may also be retained by our delivery and hosting providers. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, considering ongoing correspondence, a prospective or existing business relationship, security needs, legal obligations and the resolution of disputes. Retention periods vary with the nature of the enquiry and our relationship with you. You may request deletion as described below.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply to our handling of your information.
7. Your choices and rights
You may choose not to submit the form, although we need enough contact information to respond to an enquiry. You can contact us to update information or ask us to delete it.
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of your personal information, correct it, request deletion or portability, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about a privacy request. Some rights are subject to exceptions, including information we must keep for legal reasons.
Send requests to support@facebkmeta.com. Tell us what you are requesting and how we can identify the relevant correspondence; do not send sensitive identity documents unless we request a suitable verification method. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Children and external websites
Our website and services are intended for adult business users, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their owners are responsible for their own privacy practices; review their policies before providing personal information.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will post changes on this page and provide additional notice or seek consent when required by law. Material changes will not be applied retroactively in a way that conflicts with applicable law.
For questions about this policy or your information, contact Facebkmeta (FBKM), California, United States, at support@facebkmeta.com.
