1. Website use

The website provides information about our advertising services and lets businesses request an introductory call. It is intended for people aged 18 or older who can act for themselves or the business they represent. You are responsible for providing accurate information and having authority to share any information you submit on someone else’s behalf.

2. Enquiries and service agreements

Submitting a form or requesting a free call does not place an order, create a paid engagement, reserve a meeting time or require either party to enter a service agreement. Calls are arranged after we respond to your enquiry. Published response times are service aims, not a guarantee of availability.

Before paid work begins, we will agree the scope, fees, advertising budget, deliverables, payment terms, account access and cancellation arrangements in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the paid services if it conflicts with general website information or these terms. Website descriptions do not grant access to your advertising accounts or authorize us to spend money on your behalf.

3. Information and advertising results

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. We may update service descriptions and availability. Changes to website copy do not change an existing signed client agreement.

Advertising results depend on many factors, including products, pricing, budgets, creative, market conditions and platform decisions. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, return on advertising spend, profitability or approval of an advertisement or account. General website content is not individualized legal, financial or other professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, including by:

7. Availability and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue website features for operational, security or other legitimate reasons.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FBKM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Liability relating to paid services is addressed in the applicable written service agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any mandatory consumer rights or other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

8. Questions, disputes and general provisions

If you have a concern about the website or these terms, contact support@facebkmeta.com so we can try to resolve it. This request does not prevent you from exercising legal rights, contacting a regulator or bringing a claim where permitted by applicable law.

These website terms are governed by California law and applicable United States federal law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply under other laws. They do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights or select an exclusive court. Applicable law determines which courts may hear a dispute unless a valid separate agreement provides otherwise.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
